Procedures for Booking Same-Day Couriers
· Contact Brooklands Express, who will set you up as a user, and let you know your User ID and Password. · Logon to www.brooklandsexpress.co.uk using your ID and Password. You will be presented with the 'Clients' Menu' · Click on the menu option 'User Profile'. When the User Profile displays, click on 'Change Your Password'. Change your password to something you can easily remember, and ensure that you keep it secure, changing it on a frequent basis. If you forget your password, then request a new one by sending an email to admin@brooklandsexpress.co.ukquoting the reference Brooklands Express and your User ID. · Check your details, particularly the email addresses for contact, confirmation and POD responses. To edit these click the appropriate <Edit> button on the right. · An 'initial' default booking template has been set up for you;
it specifies that the 'normal' order form will be for a small package
on a same day small van, with collection from your account address. If
you do not normally make this type of booking, you may wish to add a new
template. To do this click on the <Edit> button for NetDespatch
